How Recover Nordic used Motimate to connect its workforce and improve its operations
Norway’s leading company in the field of damage limitation, Recover Nordic serves insurance companies, municipalities, industrial and commercial companies, helping their customers to return to everyday life as quickly as possible following property damages and unexpected events. The company employs more than 1,800 people and has operated in this market for over 40 years.
The day-to-day work at Recover Nordic involves many challenging tasks, with employees constantly out on assignments. They already had an intranet, but this did not meet all their internal learning and communication needs.
Recover Nordic was looking for a tool to enable two-way communications between all employees. With such a mobile workforce, it seemed logical to make optimum use of mobile-based communication. Now, all their employees have access to Motimate and it has connected the whole company across departments and regions.
Motimate has become the central communication and training tool for the whole company. Staff use it to share pictures from their everyday experiences with some departments using it has their main internal communications tool. The HR, Payroll and Marketing departments use Motimate to disseminate information, coordinate activity, announce competitions and announce new contracts and agreements.
