System updates & improvements

We don’t often have to take Motimate off-line so it’s normally accessible 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year. We do occasionally have to do updates to make improvements and keep things ticking along. Based on current 6-month metrics, Motimate is online 99.99% of the time.

For system updates and maintenance that require downtime or reduced availability between the hours of 08.00 – 16.00, we will notify you in advance by e-mail. For updates scheduled outside these hours, we will notify you only if the downtime will exceed a two hour period.
