The challenge<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

With the digital revolution requiring financial and banking services to restructure their organizations, DNB needs to make its organization fit for the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Staying ahead of fierce competition, DNB has to tackle core challenges: Equipping new hires with the tools to be successful and ensure regulatory compliance, as well as creating alignment around the corporate strategy. The old solutions were too manual and outdated, hence, the company looked for an automated training solution that both drove engaged learning and was adaptable to to comply with regulatory requirements.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The solution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

With Motimate, DNB uses personalized onboarding flows for new employees. Combining Motimate\u2019s physical and digital learning tools ensures self-paced studying and improves knowledge retention. As a result, DNB\u2019s new employees deliver value quicker and feel more prepared in the new working environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To live up to the regulatory requirements by the Norwegian Financial Authority (Finanstilsynet), DNB uses Motimate to export learning reports across its 10.000 employees. The reports both show the workforce\u2019s knowledge level and potential compliance and security issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lastly, DNB changed its strategy communication by using Motimate\u2019s engaging courses and reporting, seeing new levels of engagement and alignment across the firm.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

DNB’s integration with Motiatmate has equipped 10,000+ employees with 990+ courses, developed as a part of a new training program to ensure successful onboarding, regulatory compliance and alignment with corp. strategy. The result: DNB employees have completed more than 1 million courses since 2018 contributing directly to DNB\u2019s goal of creating an engaged, safe, and knowledgeable workforce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
