Otiga Group wanted to build a streamlined process to attract, select and train the best temps to meet the needs of their clients.
In 2018, Otiga Group integrated recruitment platform, Mojob, to create a wider reaching, more engaging and faster recruitment experience to meet the needs of clients. Existing training was delivered face-to-face or by sending candidates on external courses with content that Otiga had no control over.
With an increasing need for temporary staff, a growing pool of applicants across 4 countries, and a workforce spread across 60 locations, their onboarding, training and communication capability needed to be more agile to avoid sacrificing the excellent quality of service for which they are known.
Otiga Group wanted a solution that was going to help them onboard and train new applicants as quickly and effectively as possible. They also needed to improve internal training provision for staff and build better communication channels across locations and businesses.
